Chapter 5: Page 9
Happy 4th Anniversary to Stray Sod! I wish this page was coloured.
Unfortunately, circumstances did not permit, but I wanted to give you wonderful readers something this weekend besides a new desktop wallpaper which you can download from the gallery.
Stray Sod wouldn’t be where it is today with your support: reading and commenting and voting and buying physical copies. I appreciate you all very much.
EDIT (Sep 17, 2017): Page is now coloured!
VOTE for the comic!
black and white??
please color it!!!!
As soon as I can, I will!
Nothing wrong with black and white.
It seems that Geancanagh does care for Ina, at least judging by him wearing gloves…
I actually kind of like the sudden contrast of black and white against the previous page’s color. It adds to the unsettling effect of the weird situation Ina’s gotten herself into. Especially given the sinister “Bay Bean,” who is a dangerous variable. We don’t know if she’s actually benevolent yet. It’s a tone shift that makes the encounter almost dream-like; everyone is interacting like normal but the blanching of colors indicates that not all is as it seems…
That said, I am very much looking forward to seeing this gorgeous page in full color. Happy Anniversary Stray Sod!
Welcome back! I love the almost hopeful look in the last panel as she asks for trading in her hair!
This is a most interesting turn. And the Befind looks really eerie there with the swoop of a branch over her eyes.
“There is this thing in your world called, “Miracle Gro. Bring me some spiked with rum.”
