Chapter 2: Page 6
Laisrén is an expert delegator.
Going to a con with a comic book of my own has been a dream of mine. I finally fulfilled it… but it was so much fun I want to do it again! Among the many things I learned from the experience was the fact that after working non-stop to get ready for a con, you will be down for at least a week afterward. Especially if you catch the con bug. Which I think I did. I’m still full of mucous.
Anyhow, for those of you wondering when you will be able to get an Issue 1 of your very own, information will be posted by June. Keep your eye out for it!
We’ve also improved the Archives page to be more visual and user-friendly!

Hmm, I would say she should just tell him to rescue her sister first – then the catching will continue…
She should. But a shrewd businessman like him… would he go for it?
What a fantastic story you’re crafting!
I’ve run across blurbs about Stray Sod a few times but was initially hesitant to check it out; after reading a short summary, I assumed it was going to be a Labyrinth knockoff (a selfish sibling wishes the other away and then has to win them back from a sneaky/gorgeous fae). This idea was reinforced in my head when I saw a picture of Laisrén; I thought, “Yep, Goblin King.” But I finally got over my reservations and decided to read the first few pages– and then every page!– and I’m so glad I did because, wow, this is completely different than I’d imagined it! It’s a great comic and I wish I’d been on board right from the beginning.
Your art is gorgeous, your writing is awesome, and I’m so excited to see where this goes! 😀
Thank you. And thank you for providing a link to your comic so I can check it out, too!
