Chapter 4: Page 21
We’ve reached our 100th page! Thank you for coming back each week to read this story. Storytelling can arguably be a solitary thing, but it is so much more rewarding when there is someone to consume the story being told.
Today is also special because Jane of Raincity Librarian has interviewed me on her book blog! You can read the interview here, and while you’re there I would urge you to look around! Just lately she’s been posting bookish experiences during her travels in Japan.
In case you missed it, I’ve started an Instagram account for all my illustration work, not just Stray Sod. If Instagram is your favorite social media platform, as it seems to be for so many, you can now follow me!

Wow, now that Ina’s calmed down, she’s really lightened up! I guess cool sunsets help…even her hair appears to be improving.
Yes, sometimes being still and appreciating something around you helps!
Where are you elfboy? Its not fun without you.
Has to catch his own butterflies now. 🙁
I wish to see him again.
Not looking forward to my girls’ teen years now. Thanks Chelsea. Haha.
😀 I’m sure other readers can attest along with me that this is not the experience of many sisters.
Everyone I know with kids says girls are worse than boys though! 😛
I second Chealsea, I’m thirteen months older than my sis and she’s the most annoying person I can think of, but also my best of friends. (Although… we were homeschooled and had to learn to co-exist in order to avoid destroying each other, so we might be outliers, ha!) Poor Ina and Jienny… I wish they could get along, although I really do have to pin the heaviest blame on Jienny. Way to be a big sis. 🙁
Pfft, no huge loss, given how ‘big sis’ was acting before this little chat.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; I can’t imagine treating either of my little sisters the way this brat has treated hers. Honestly, I don’t understand why Ina is going to all this trouble; Jienny doesn’t deserve such loyalty.
