Chapter 5: Page 25
Of course it’s a cliffhanger; did you expect anything else? ;-D
Thank you for hanging in there during this issue’s long pauses. I’ve had some difficult times over the course of this chapter, especially with migraines. But I’ve taken some more steps towards finding an answer, so I’m hopeful that work on this comic will have less interruptions down the road.
Now that I’m taking a break to work on some other things that need doing for this comic’s continued progress, I’m also planning to re-evaluate the way I’ve been working so as to keep updates a little more predictable, create some habits that are more healthy for my body, and protect the time I block out to create.
I will keep you posted about when Issue #6 is starting!
Thank you for VOTING for the comic!
Aspirin and lying down in a dark room are all I can recommend…I will assume you moved beyond that. Take it easy, and good luck.
Indeed! I’m doing a lot of work around posture right now, and am hoping that’s all I’ll need. Thanks for the well wishes!
Take care of your health. That comes first.
Thank you! I’m finding that truth hard to ignore as I get older…
I hope you feel better soon! I’ve only experienced one migraine and it was the worst experience ever. Stay healthy and we’ll be here when you’re back <3
Oh dear, I hope you never get one again!
Is it something you’re eating? I found out most of my digestive and metabolic problems was from gluten and dairy. I avoid it as much as possible. Hardly any trouble since.
I’ve heard that before, especially about gluten and dairy. I don’t have any obvious food triggers, but it’s something I want to really investigate down the road if this path doesn’t work out.
I hope everything works out for you. Good luck!
Wow! What a way to end this chapter! I wonder where Eric is?
Take good care of yourself, and enjoy the Faire. We shall wait patiently for your return. All the best. And looks like you got good advice for your migraines.
Thank you! Issue 6 is ready to draw so I hope to answer that question for you soon.
It’s been a while, any updates?
I simply adore this comic. You make beautiful art and a beautiful story. I find myself alternately grinning at my screen and yelling and Ina for being an idiot—but I love her anyway 🙂 Thank you for what you have created here.
You’ve probably heard this before, but I had a science teacher who had constant migraines for years, and she never knew what caused them, until she tried eating citric-acid free foods. Apparently, that little ingredient (which is in practically EVERYTHING) was the culprit. If that’s unhelpful, just know I meant that unsolicited advice in love 🙂
Take care of yourself, and thanks again for for this *luscious* comic.
Thank you, I’m so happy you’re enjoying it. 🙂 I am working very hard to find out what’s making my migraines more frequent and severe, but it’s still a bit early to see definitive results yet.
How are you doing? It’s been over 6 months since we’ve heard from you.
Thanks for this cliffhanger but first, first of all, take care of you! Your charater is strong enough to stay alone a while^^
Hoping you’ve been making some inroads dealing with your migraines. I had them when I was younger, but only occasionally, so I can’t imagine what it’s like to get them so frequently. I continue to check in regularly to get updates on how you are doing and the comic.
All the Best
I love this comic, both the art and the story-line. The color pallet you use has a very Arthur Rackham feel to it, especially the section in the marketplace. I hope you find an answer to your migraine issues. My doctors are still trying to figure out what’s causing mine.
Sorry you haven’t been able to continue with it. Too bad from my viewpoint: it was pretty good.
From yours, though…your health is more important. Good luck, wherever you are, whatever you are doing.
I do really enjoy this comic. Can’t wait until the next issue!
I work in healthcare… did you know you can get botox injections to help with chronic migraines? Maybe something worth looking into if whatever you’re trying isn’t helping… hope you feel better soon!
Just found this story and absolutely love it. It is hard to find stories sometimes that draw you in, but this one just sucked me in like a vortex. I really hope you can continue this at some point. Hope you are feeling better and doing well.
where are you?Its been years now!Come back
