Chapter 3: Page 14
Madam Stoat does not approve of Laisrén’s life choices.
I’d like to put this out and get some feedback from you guys: would anyone be interested in a Stray Sod live stream next month? You could watch a page of the comic come into being, chat with each other and myself, and maybe listen to some celtic music? (Emphasis on maybe; my working music depends on my mood, and people seem to either love celtic music or hate it with the burning passion of a thousand suns.)
I created a poll so you could anonymously tell me whether or not you are interested, and what time of day you would prefer. Go to this blog post to vote!
VOTE for the comic to see a preview of the next page!
hehe, Laisrén can’t take a break. On one side Ina is mad at him for doing too little to help her, on the other Madam Stoat is judging him because he’s not doing enough to pester humans. I’m pretty sure even butterflies are fomenting their revenge against him.
Yes, they could be a little bit more understanding. He’s trying to walk a fine line here!
I think that Love talker somehow felt guilty for what he was doing.
Hmmm… 🙂 See, to me, guilt for a fairy must be a complicated thing, because so many types are innately mischievous. I’m looking forward to revealing his back story and exploring that a bit more.
But I am sure that he feels some kind or regret. He said that he didnt seduce/touchva girl for a while, although he TRIED to touch Ina at the begining. Anyway I believe fairies can have same or similar emotions as humans.
Oh, for sure fairies do; every Irish folktale backs that up–especially lust and revenge. 😉 And more of Laisrén’s motivation will come to light as we go along, so you’ll be able to see what he’s really feeling.
